Your payments may appear on statements as “ FIVE-O Kiteboarding, LLC “. The DBA Trade Name FIVE-O WindSports operates under the businesses legal name of FIVE-O Kiteboarding, LLC

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to issues with some carriers not allowing delivery to P.O. Boxes We will not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Local delivery

Free local delivery to Kanaha Beach is available for all orders on Island of Maui in Hawaii. 

Arrangements for Delivery to Kanaha are generally possible most days. However you will first need to contact us via email after your purchase to request an appointment for us meet up with you. 

Delivery

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at fiveowindsports@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Shipping

We do currently offer international shipping to most Countries and that starts at $155.00 plus $20 per each additional item place in the cart. We are absorbing the additional shipping costs that are similar to the cost we absorb for our Free shipping in the USA.

Your order also may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Five-O WindSports is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at fiveowindsports@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
